Dr. Jason Margolis, professor of Educational Leadership, is co-author of "Spanners and enhancers: The role of teacher leaders in school evolution," an article just released in the journal Educational Management Administration & Leadership.

The article uses the complexity theory for teacher leadership framework, developed by Margolis, to examine the Teacher Career Pathways teacher leadership program in New York City public schools.
